Despite its advantages, batch testing has some limitations:
- Scalability: Results obtained from batch testing may not always be directly scalable to continuous processes. - Time-Consuming: Batch processes can be time-consuming, especially for reactions that require long durations to reach equilibrium. - Limited Real-World Application: Conditions in a batch reactor may not fully replicate industrial settings.
