Despite its many advantages, SAXS also has some limitations:
Complex data analysis: Interpreting SAXS data can be complex and often requires advanced modeling techniques. Sample requirements: SAXS requires samples to be homogeneous and free from large aggregates, which can complicate the analysis. Limited to small angles: SAXS is limited to small scattering angles, which may not provide information on larger-scale structures.
