Despite the benefits, there are challenges in green catalysis, such as the development of cost-effective and scalable catalyst synthesis methods, the stability and recyclability of catalysts, and the need for catalyst deactivation resistance. Ongoing research aims to address these challenges by designing more robust and efficient catalysts.
