The Power Interest Grid is divided into four quadrants:
High Power, High Interest: These stakeholders are critical to the project's success and require regular updates and active engagement. High Power, Low Interest: These stakeholders need to be kept satisfied but do not require excessive attention. Low Power, High Interest: These stakeholders should be kept informed and can be useful allies in spreading positive information. Low Power, Low Interest: These stakeholders require minimal effort but should not be completely overlooked.
